How to measure yourself and choose the correct size:

Measurement Diagram

Bust/Chest: If possible, get a friend to help. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your  bust/chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around your waist, in your underwear, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure round the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Inseam: Select a pair of your best-fitting pants of a similar material. Measure from the crotch to the bottom. The number of inches, to the nearest half-inch, is the inseam length.

Sleeve Length: Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.

Robe Length: Hold the tape measure at the center back of your neck and let fall to the floor. Note the length of where you would like for the garment to end.
