Returns/Exchanges
*WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS!!!*
Refunds for all eliglible returns will be issued as store credit (via e-giftcard)*
Please double check to make sure that you order the proper color, fabric, embroidery design, size (according to our sizing charts - not street sizing), etc. that you/your group needs.
***All make-up/ personalized/custom tailored/custom made items are non-exchangeable/non-returnable/non-refundable. ***
* Customer must call to receive authorization for all items they wish to exchange/return within 7 days of product delivery. (Requests to exchange/return items that are received after this time will not be honored.) Once authorization is received exchanges/returns must be shipped back within 14 days of product receipt. Merchandise returned without authorization or after 14 days of receipt will not be credited & will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
* Refunds for eligible returned items will be issued as store credit (via e-giftcard). Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. In some cases an additional 10% Cleaning Fee will be accessed if products are returned smelling of perfume/cologne/cigarette smoke, etc.
* All exchanges/returns must be mailed back in the original packaging unworn, unused, unwashed, & unaltered. Once the item has been worn, used, washed, or altered - it no longer qualifies for exchange/return. Packaging should not be damaged or have writing on it.
* Merchandise returned that is found to have been worn, used, washed or altered will not be credited & will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
* All shipping & handling fees are the customer's responsibility unless there is a defect/error in the order that is the direct cause of Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited".
* Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited" is not responsible for garments not fitting properly due to incorrect measurements given by the customer. We will not replace, remake, alter nor give a refund in those instances. Divine Inspiration – “Unlimited” will at customer’s request “fix” such garments for additional alteration fees. Request must be received within 7 days of product delivery. Items to be altered must be returned to us within 14 days of product delivery (unaltered). We will not do alterations to garments that you have had longer than 14 days or have attempted to alter/fix. (Fees vary dependent upon garment style/finish & what needs to be “fixed”– you will be given a quote for your approval prior to any alterations being made. You will also be required to pay "in full" prior ro alterations be made.)
* Defects/errors in workmanship that is the direct cause of Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited" will be corrected upon garment return..Customer must call to make us aware of any issues within 7 days of product delivery. (Requests to correct items that are received after this time will not be honored.) Once we have been contacted & made aware of any possible problems - items to be corrected/altered must be shipped back within 14 days of product receipt. Items returned after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted for alterations & will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
*Please ship all returns/exchanges with tracking information. Once you obtain the tracking number please forward to dvine@dvineinspiration.com. Ship returns to:

*Special Circumstances
In cases where a package is refused, not picked up from the carrier/P.O. Box by customer or any other action that results in the package being returned to Divine Inspiration:
1. We will make contact with the customer for re-shipment of the package (re-shipment fees are to be paid by the customer).
2. If customer does not want the order or refuses to pay for re-shipment fees:
A.) If the order consists of "Pre-Made" Items - a 50% restocking fee wil be charged & a 50% store credit minus the cost of the original shipping fees will be issued.
B.) If the order consists of "Made to Order" Items - Customer forfeits purchase & no store credit will be issued.
C.) If arrangements for the re-shipment is made & the customer:
1. Once again refuses the package
2. Won't pickup the package from the carrier/P.O. Box
3. Customer performs any other action that results in the package being returned to Divine Inspiration: Customer forfeits purchase & no store credit will be issued
Cancelled orders:
Customer Cancellations:
- A 15% cancellation/processing fee will be charged if a customer cancels an order prior to receipt/completion of the order.
- Orders for items that are personalized or have customizations that have been started by the company can not be cancelled. - NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Divine Cancellations:
- A 15% cancellation/processing fee will be charged if Divine Inspiration has to cancel an order due to customer not providing correct information for us to fulfill & ship order. (Such as incorrect shipping address, no response to request for correct information, wrong email address, wrong phone number, etc.)
- If the order consists of "Made to Order" Items - Customer forfeits purchase & no store credit will be issued.
