Praise Product Orders - "In Stock" Premade Items:
Most in stock Praise Product Orders take 2-3 business days to process & ship after order placement. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times vary according to the shipping carrier & method you selected during checkout.
Praise Product Orders - “Out of Stock" Premade Items:
If you place an order for any premade praise products & they are out of stock we will notify you via email or a phone call. We will let you know how long it will take for us to get the item/s & then get it/them to you.
Praise Product Orders - “Made To Order” Items:
- All "Made to Order" praise products totaling $500.00 or less are processed, tailored & leave our facility within 5-7 business days of order placement. Those totaling over $500.00 are processed, tailored & leave our facility within 5 - 14 days of order placement. After your order leaves our facility, delivery times vary according to the shipping carrier & method you selected during checkout.
Praise Product Orders - “Made To Order”, “In Stock, Out of Stock” Combo Orders:
- We do not send out partial shipments for any order. All items will be shipped together when completed/available.
*These time frames are dependent upon the amount & size of orders we have at the time in which your order is placed. They do not include weekends or holidays.
***Christmas and Resurrection Sunday are our busiest times of the year***
We set special shipping/delivery timeframes & cut off dates for Resurrection Sunday and Jesus' Birthday - this information will always be posted on the home page, praise schedule page & checkout pages.
***However, please make it easier for us and place your orders at least one month in advance.
- If you need an estimate on shipping cost.... Place all desired items into the shopping cart. Next click the "View All" button which is found on the cart drop down at the top of the page. On this page enter your country, state and zip code then select the "get a quote" button.
Shipping cost is based upon the carrier & method of shipment you choose. It is added to your order on the "shopping cart" page or at "checkout".
Most of our garments are made to order - so please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping method. Example - selecting FedEx will not get your order shipped out faster than choosing USPS. (However, actual delivery time will probably be faster)
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Yes - we ship globally! If you live outside of the United States orders generally take 2- 4 weeks for delivery. International customers also have their choice between using the United States Postal Service or FedEx for shipping. If USPS is your shipper of choice please keep in mind that once the package leaves the country we can no longer track it through their system.
- Yes - we ship to military addresses!!!!! All orders shipping to any military APO, AA, AE, AP address will receive an automatic 10% discount! - Be Blessed and thank you for your service!
Shipping Service Providers:
- All orders are shipped via customers choice of USPS or Federal Express. The services they provide are listed below for your reference. PLEASE NOTE these are USPS’ & FedEx’s expected times as stated on their websites. We do not promise these times nor do we have control over them. They are typically best case scenarios – they are to be used for estimates only. It is safe to use this as a general rule of thumb but in no way is it a promise of a delivery time.
1. First Class Mail: Average delivery time is 3-7 business days.
2. Retail Ground/Priority Mail: Average delivery time is 2-3 business days.
3. Priority Mail International: Average delivery time is 7-10 business days
1. Home Delivery: Average delivery time is 2-3 business days.
2. International Economy: Average delivery time is 4-6 business days.
3. International Priority: Average delivery time is 1-3 business days
Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited" is not responsible for......
lost or delayed orders due to the shipping/delivery service carrier or customer error (ex. - wrong address given). Once it is out of our hands we have no control over the delivery times of the shippers. All orders are insured and we will work with you and the shipper to resolve any issues that may arise. In the unfortunate event of a lost package we will do our best to get the claims process underway as quickly as possible. The claims process and investigation typically takes 3-4 weeks, so we cannot immediately offer a refund for a lost or damaged parcel. Refunds will only be issued after the claims process has been completed.
In cases where a package is refused, not picked up from the carrier/P.O. Box by customer or any other action that results in the package being returned to Divine Inspiration:
1. We will make contact with the customer for re-shipment of the package (re-shipment fees are to be paid by the customer).
2. If customer does not want the order or refuses to pay for re-shipment fees:
A.) If the order consists of "Pre-Made" Items - a 50% restocking fee wil be charged & a 50% store credit minus the cost of the original shipping fees will be issued.
B.) If the order consists of "Made to Order" Items - Customer forfeits purchase & no store credit will be issued.
C.) If arrangements for the re-shipment is made & the customer:
1. Once again refuses the package
2. Won't pickup the package from the carrier/P.O. Box
3. Customer performs any other action that results in the package being returned to Divine Inspiration: Customer forfeits purchase & no store credit will be issued
