Ordering information

To place an order through the website, simply add all wanted items to the shopping cart and follow the on- screen directions. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment in the order received. You will receive a confirmation & receipt via e-mail upon successful order placement.

Payment Types:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, bank debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard symbol, PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier’s or personal checks.

**When paying by money order or check - you may place your order through the website by adding all wanted items to the shopping cart and following the on-screen directions. When you get to the payments page simply select the "money order/check" option and then select "continue". Review your order and then select "Place Order". You will receive a confirmation of your order via email and once payment is received you will recieve a receipt via email.

**Please keep in mind that we will not process the order until payment is received. We keep mail-in orders on file for approximately two weeks before deleting them from our system if payment has not been recieved.

Exchanges/Returns:

***Pre-Authorization is required for all exchanged/returned items.

***All personalized/custom tailored/custom made items are non-exchangeable/non-returnable.

***Customer must call to receive authorization for exchange/return.  Merchandise returned without authorization will not be credited and will be refused or shipped back to the customer at their expense.

***Even exchanges for the same item (different size) can be made up to 5 days after product delivery.

***All exchanges/returns must be mailed back in the original packaging unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered. Once the item has been worn, used, washed, or altered - it no longer qualifies for exchange/return. Merchandise returned that is found to have been worn, used, washed or altered will not be credited and will be refused or shipped back to the customer at their expense.

***Packaging should not be damaged or have writing on it. A 5% re-packaging fee will be charged for ruined packaging. 

***Unwanted items returned from the buyer are subject to a 10% Restocking Charge.

***All shipping & handling fees are the customer's responsibility unless there is a defect/error in workmanship that is the direct cause of Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited".

Cancelled orders:

If a customer cancels an order - a 10% cancellation/processing fee will be charged.

Custom Made Garment alterations:

***Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited" is not responsible for garments not fitting properly due to incorrect measurements given by the customer. We will not replace, remake, alter nor give a refund in those instances. Divine Inspiration – “Unlimited” will at customer’s request “fix” such garments for additional alteration fees. (Fees vary dependent upon garment style/finish and what needs to be “fixed”.)

***Defects/errors in workmanship that is the direct cause of Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited", will be corrected upon garment return. Customer will be re-imbursed Shipping and handling fees for garment return via credit to the account on file.

Delivery/Shipping:

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks delivery time on all orders totaling $200.00 or less, 3 - 6 weeks on orders over $200.00. The actual time frame is dependent upon the amount of orders we have at the time in which your order is placed. Christmas and Resurrection Sunday are our busiest times of the year.  *Please take note of this and place your orders at least one month in advance. 

***All orders will be shipped via USPS or Federal Express Ground Service. Shipping cost is added to all orders at the "checkout." You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

***If you need an estimate on shipping.... Place all desired items into the shopping cart. Next click the "My Cart" link. On this page enter your country, state and zip code then select the "get a quote" button.

 ***Most of our garments are made to order - so please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping method. Example - selecting FedEx 2 day will get your order shipped to you in 2 days from the time it is completed - not from the time of order placement.

***Beginning in January of 2012 we will only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. For example - you place an order for an in stock item on Thursday. It will not be shipped until Monday of the following week.

 

***Divine Inspiration - "Unlimited" is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to the shipping/delivery service carrier or customer error (wrong address given). Once it is out of our hands we have no control over the delivery times of our shippers. All orders are insured and we will work with you and the shipper to resolve any issues that may arise.

***Shipping/Delivery fees are not refundable***

***We set special shipping/delivery times for Resurrection Sunday and Jesus' Birthday - this information will always be posted on the home page.
